So I’ll be honest. I bought the cherrywood peel because it’s gorgeous! I had no expectation other than to replace my decades old bamboo peel. This cherrywood peel is so smooth and the weight feels great in the hand and the handle is a great length. I was so surprised and thrilled at how much easier launching a pie was with this peel!
