Customer service

The wrong bags were sent at the time of my order. I sent the bags back right away unopened they received the bags back and never sent the right bags or respond to anymore emails after they received the return. I try calling and get disconnected with speaking to anyone.

I don't recommend Anova any more

Tried to buy replacement bags for my vacuum sealer. Got the wrong ones and they wanted me to pay over $10 to exchange for the right ones. Not happy! Shop with a company that has better customer service.
