Great for sleep

I have ordered several bottles of this and have noticed I can fall asleep pretty quickly. It does not upset my stomach (have heard others can do that). One is all I need

Since I started using JI magnesium my sleep is so much better! I feel I get a good rested nights sleep. If I forget to take it I’m definitely dragging the next day!

I started taking these after doing research about what supplements I should prioritize on a daily. I’m not sure if it was this or the omegas (maybe a combo) but the shoulder pain I’ve been dealing with for MONTHS is almost completely gone!
