Good quality just absorption seems to be off

They advise to take the egg quality last thing before bed and then I will go #2 in the am only to find half a capsule in my stool. Sorry to be tmi but I wish they would have us take it at a time where it could still work but be absorbed.

Taking proactively before TTC. I like the ingredients and pill forms. Hard to say right now if this works but will let you know in a year!

I never know if the supplements I buy are worth the money but we are TTC and this one had good reviews. I brought it to my OB apt and she looked through the ingredients and said “these are very good”. So I felt confident I am doing what I can to support my fertility.
