Wish I had these electrolyte packets with my first pregnancy and breastfeeding journey but I only discovered them after having my second baby and breastfeeding journey. I just couldn’t drink enough water. I was always so thirsty. My doula recommended these to me. I dont like fake sugars and these were perfect for that. Taste is mild, not overbearing or overly sweet. Just right. I actually even give them to my very active 6 year old son. Wish they made them in more flavors actually. So worth the price.

Boring taste but works!

The taste is not super strong but it’s really good for first trimester when morning sickness is in full swing and it’s difficult to drink water

can’t live without these

not to be dramatic… but i can’t be without these hydration packs!!! whenever i don’t have them i totally notice a difference in how i feel. my husband has even started using them too! highly recommend
