I was previously on perelel prenatal, and felt a little sick each time. I don’t get that symptom with Bird&Be and the pills happen to be more potent! I am so happy I switched as I continue to be on my fertility journey!

The ‘all in one’ packets are easy and convenient to use. The box fits in my cupboard and saves space as I don’t need to keep different bottles for each supplement.
