Well saw this ad on Facebook, thought i would give it a try. Did not disappoint. Like everyone stated above, the Italian is very strong and in your face.if they could tone it down a bit, it would be great. Cranberry, weird combo but not too bad. Don't like jalapeño. Can't switch out either, which is sad. Would love to buy the 12 set, but not with 6 i don't like. Get a deal for 6 regular and 6 bacon, yummy!!! The The rest are really really good. Bacon, so good!

This is really good cheese--I took a flyer on this, I'm pretty conservative when it comes to new foods....Good Choice on my part!!

Cheese is delicious, we have ordered many times now!! Baked cheese is great, the curds are great, I love the aged cheddar myself. Our 15 y/o son would eat the baked cheese every day if we let him. It was supposed to be a Father's Day gift, but not sure if my son got it more for himself or his dad. Lol
