I think the bread is wonderful. I don't always unfreeze it correctly and it can be dry. However it is a great toast but also just great to eat without toasting and just by itself--no butter or anyhthing.

These were really good! I liked them warmed in the microwave better than toasted. They were great for a breakfast sandwich or by themselves with a little bit of low sugar strawberry preserves.

This bagel is more than expected!

for a plain bagel, it's incredibly full of nutrition...even containing wheat ingredients. It has become one of my favorite bagels, when I want to use it for a sandwich style bread.
