Liked it more than I thought I would. Tastes good in ramen. Have also mixed it in with congee and instant mashed potatoes while on the go. Texture perfect when completely rehydrated. I wonder how it would work added to shepherds pie or addition to egg roll filling when you have limited access to fresh ingredients.

Omg. I’m so glad I bought this. Takes your Ramen to the next level. In my 2nd bag already. This is a must have for any Ramen lover. Can’t wait to try out the other flavors!
