You can taste the high amount of fat in this wagyu beef jerky, but the jerky is also very hard and tough and I think the company missed the boat.

Jerky was hard as a rock and inedible.

Cannot recommend. Had high hopes for this product. Received hard as a rock. Unable to even bite or chew it. Martie customer service was excellent, as always, and refunded.
