The popcorn was fabulous. I was the one that suggest you make gift bags. I’m gonna be waking one tomorrow and I’m gonna send you a picture of it. They cost me a total of $.75 to make the bag with the bow. This will probably increase your sales since people like to send gifts that are wrapped. I will continue to order from your company outstanding

A Hit at the 4th of July Party

I took my Patriot Mix Popcorn to my friend's 4th of July Party and it was a huge hit! The popcorn is light and fluffy and the coating was delicately sweet without making the kernels to hard. And a great combination of colors. I wish you would say what the flavors you used were, to keep us all from guessing!

Bad batch.

Hello City Pop. I’ve placed a handful of orders in the past and I must say that I am hooked! The taste, quality and customer service is top notch. I find myself drawn to the cheese, buttery caramel flavors mostly. Unfortunately, my last order of 6+1 of the cheese flavor arrived stale. The vacuum packaging seemed airtight but it was spongy & stale. The bags also contained hard bits of popcorn ( not the kernel ) which had me constantly picking it from my mouth. It also was hard on my dental 🦷 work. In addition, each bag was riddled either half moon kernel skin, which I also had to constantly pull from my mouth. I reached out to one of your City Pop representatives named, Chris. He provided wonderful customer service and explained to me the popping process as it pertains to the humidity levels. He is currently sending me out a new batch. My first 3 or so orders did not have these issues so I’m assuming it is a seasonal / climate issue. I’m currently awaiting my new batch as I am definitely hooked on your popcorn 🍿. Thank you!
