This arrived just in time for today's lunch! I added a little bit to my Maruchan instant lunch, and what a game changer! Really elevated it from a sad, cheap cup to feeling like an actual meal! I'm really glad I finally spent the money to try Ramen Bae!

Unable to Cancel an Unwanted Subscription

I originally purchased Ramen Bae believing I was purchasing one bag as a one-time purchase. I later discovered that, for some reason, my purchase had become an ongoing subscription. I did not intend to sign up to receive this product on a recurring basis. Since discovering this, I have sent several emails to Ramen Bae’s customer service requesting that the subscription be canceled. I have not received a single response or acknowledgment. I am stating again that I do not want another bag of Ramen Bae shipped to me, and I do not authorize additional recurring charges for this subscription. Please cancel it immediately. This is especially frustrating because the company has a no-return policy. If a customer is trying to stop a recurring order, there should be a responsive and reliable way to do so before another product is shipped and charged. My one-star rating is primarily because of the lack of customer service. Regardless of how the subscription was initially established, I have now made it very clear through multiple emails that I do not want to continue it. Someone from the company should respond, cancel the subscription, and confirm that I will not receive or be charged for another shipment.
