30 Calorie Artisan Bread

The bread is really good. The cinnamon and chocolate rolls are just okay. I haven't tried the bagels yet but if they are close to how the bread tastes I need to eat them now!!

I choose Royo bread as part of my diet to help me get my fiber in on a daily basis. It has been a game changer for me. Sometimes the top crust is a little tough, but that’s probably because I freeze it.

We are really enjoying this bread. It’s so healthy and tastes great. My grandson who is 10 years old eats it all the time. Toast in the morning and a peanut butter and Nutella sandwich for lunch at school. It is comforting to know that he is getting the fiber that he needs. Great job!
