Add instant flavor to your dishes, especially on nights when you're too tired to deal with peeling and slicing fresh garlic. Especially helpful if you don't have any stock and need to make simple soup broth more flavorful.

I now use the chopped garlic in almost everything. Especially when grilling fish😋

I use chopped garlic in sauce, stews, veggie stir fries - anything that has some liquid so the garlic can rehydrate. It’s so much easier than whole cloves. I love it.
