Opened the tin and so fragrant! Ground it in my mortar and pestle, and added it to my oatmeal.

Normally use cardamom seeds whole from the pods, but my husband uses ground cardamom in his butter chicken and tikka masala type preparations....and I have used ground in some spicy energy bars. Otherwise, I prefer seeds from pods, but it is one of my favorite spices in the world so its a staple 😊

Repeat customer...Everything was great. Time for the Christmas cardamon braids. I have given up trying to find in a grocery store. I keep these in the refer by the way, double packaged.
