I waited too long to pull the plug on obtaining good knives. I'll have one more to buy, the next size up from this one so I don't have to use the chef knife or this knife for cutting a large apple. They are great to handle, very sharp, and obviously well made. Glad I didn't keep waiting. My other knife was cheap and old and I couldn't sharpen it anymore. Very happy, but also now really paying attention because it is extremely sharp. I cut a lot of raw ginger and sometimes the knife would slip. I don't want that with this one. Makes you pay full attention. Which is good.

One of my best tools

Had to replace my several year old paring knife after it slid off counter and broke. Replacement came in no time and I love it.
