No. 8 Chef Skillet

My dream pan

I have been wanting this specific pan for a couple years now, and I love it! I’ve been cooking eggs, quesadillas, grilled cheese sandwiches, omelettes, and sautéing vegetables. I have an electric flat top stove and I love how evenly the pan heats up and retains the heat. The only drawback I have is the weight. I’m 78 years old and riddled with arthritis, and the weight of the pan is a challenge. So I use it everyday in hopes to build up my wrist muscles!

Great skillet

This is a very nice skillet. I've cooked a few times with this. No isues at all and am very happy with it. Would definitely recommend.

#8 Chef's Skillet .

Just like my #11 Chef's skillet, with lid, my Deep farmhouse skillet, my Carbon steel WOK, and my #6 skillet, I am still marveling at the quality and craftsmanship in these pans ! Like a favorite tool, I can't wait to cook meals with them, even cleaning and seasoning them has become an almost zen kind of process, which I do almost daily, to one or another of them. Am looking forward to my next addition, which I hope will be soon !
