Super balanced and very slicey!
Exactly what I was looking for. High performance and a work horse in my kitchen! I love the handle shape and blade has just enough belly to work perfectly on the block.

Beautiful High Quality Chef’s Knife
I’ve been really impressed with the Yaxell Ketu SG2 8” Chef’s Knife. It came incredibly sharp right out of the box and makes everyday prep like slicing vegetables, trimming meat, and chopping herbs feel almost effortless. The knife feels solid and well balanced in my hand, so it’s comfortable to use even when I’m cooking for a while.
I also really like the hammered finish on the blade—it looks beautiful and seems to help keep food from sticking as much. Overall, it just feels like a really high-quality knife that makes cooking more enjoyable. Definitely one of the nicest knives I’ve owned.
