Not Impressed
I was really pleased with my #10 skillet until I cooked in it the first time. That beautiful bronze finish disappeared immediately. I did as you suggested and cooked ground beef and onions, followed up with mushrooms in olive oil. When I was finished with the ground beef, the finish was gone. Now it looks like any other cast iron skillet. Disappointing.

Great skillet
This is a very nice skillet. I've cooked a few times with this. No isues at all and am very happy with it. Would definitely recommend.

My smithey 10 inch skillet
I've only had it for a couple months it's my first cast iron skillet and it works very good the smithey team is a great help I've never used cast iron before and thay are a big help a go to if your not sure about your smithey or how to cook with it thanks very much
