High Quality and Very High Satisfaction

This purchase replaces a valued Wüsthof knife I owned for 30 years, but unfortunately dropped and shattered the handle. I can already see the improvements in this generation. Sharper and a far smoother slicer, whether you’re cutting bakery bread (no crushing!) or a large roast. Wüsthof exceeds my expectations.
