found the title of the product misleading

The product is of nice quality. but when I read 4 3/4 inches I assumed this was a discription of width, not of the length. I purchased the product because I wanted to be able to cut along the wide edge of a typical cheese block. 4 3/4 inches would have accomplished that. Unfortunately, the product width is about 2 inches, which makes it similar to many products available in many stores today at a lesser price point.
