This knife works incredibly well at making it effortless to slice through salmon. Just be careful with it - it is extremely sharp.

I have not had the opportunity to use the knife yet, I have one just like it that i have used for years and wanted to have a back up knife. Our Salmon fishing is a late July trip and we fillet the fish along the River as we catch them.
