Great customer service
My favorite knife set. I love all the knives they carry. Also, amazing customer service. I had one knife for over 25 years and they gave me credit to go towards a new knife. I will forever be a customer.

Fantastic
After 12 years my previous WÜSTHOF handle cracked when I dropped it. I used at 4 times a day. It was a work horse. I loved and replaced it right away.
