When I don't want to reach for more caffeine

I love this product. At first I was using it for hard workouts or races only, but I love the effect even on days when I just need a boost in focus and energy. Ketone IQ provides non-jittery focus unlike that which you experience from caffeine.

Great for a boost!

I really like the Ketone-IQ shots for a boost during long runs. The Blue Raspberry flavor is good, but the Grape is still the best! (And in my opinion Green Apple needs to die.)
