This is a wonderful product. I live in Arizona with lots of heat. This mixture helps keep me from getting messed up in the heat!

Love this as my everyday hydration mix

Whether I'm on the bike for a couple of hours, or just hydrating throughout the day, I almost always reach for a packet of the PH500 and mix it in a bottle of water. The flavor is subtle, not too salty, not too sweet, and I get an immediate sense of my body refreshing as soon as I drink. During hotter exertions where I'm sweating more, I'll bump up to the 1000 formula and even it's not much stronger in flavor than the 500.
