Precision Fuel and Hydration Powder PH 500

Confusing Marketing this is NOT 500mg

If you want 500mg sodium, you need 2 packets. Very misleading marketing and frustrating as the labeling would suggest its 500mg of sodium.... its only 250mg for 16oz of water. None of us here in the USA use 16oz bottles, most have 20-24oz water bottles. All of this was developed in Europe so, while it may make sense there, just know this. 1 packet in 20oz water is very lite and barely noticeable. This product can be good for training your gut if you are not used to LMNT while training in Z3 or higher. Graduating to 2 packs then the 1500 tablets would be my suggestion. Again the 1500 tablets is only 750mg sodium. My review is based on my gut and experience of 18 years and 17 im's, yours may vary.

This is a wonderful product. I live in Arizona with lots of heat. This mixture helps keep me from getting messed up in the heat!
