I have ordered the regular USDA Prime filet several times, never disappointed. I tried the wagyu this time and it was absolutely delicious, however given the price difference, I’ll continue to order the Prime. The difference in taste is very subtle. I’m a happy customer and will continue to order from you.

This was one of the most tender, flavorful steaks we have ever eaten. Although a bit more expensive than other steaks, it was well worth the extra cost. I would highly recommend others try the Wagyu Tenderloin!
