Please don't ever change these. I have been a chef most of my life and quality hamburger has always been elusive. I've been in search of the best hamburger in Montana since I moved here in 2001. Well, I've found it. It's at MY HOUSE! I can not wait to serve these at my annual Jerk-Burger Party this September. This will be the best one yet! If you ever get a restaurant in Missoula to carry your product you must let me know. I don't eat out that often but I would go far for one of your hamburgers.

Because my first choice waygu burgers were unavailable, I decided to give these burgers a try. I must say they are almost as good as the waygu and, to be honest, I can't detect any difference other than the cost.
