Top Quality Brisket
I'd never heard of Market House - I ordered because a hurricane in Texas delayed my original order for a brisket. This brisket came perfectly packed and trimmed. I've been smoking briskets 10 + years - I'm particular about quality. I plan to buy my next brisket here and if it's the same quality as my 1st I won't order from anywhere else.

Delicious!
OK, this was a pre-trimmed American Wagyu brisket. The trim was awesome and the meat came out terrific the only issue I had was that when my order first arrived, they had made a mistake and I had a pound of Wagyu ground beef instead of the brisket I ordered! They did Make good on it, although it took a couple of days to get the correct order. I would order this meat again and would’ve given a higher rating if it had arrived correctly and on time.
