New York Strips were subbed out for sirloins. Also 2 chickens I ordered were subbed out for double of 2 other chickens. Just glad Fedex finally delivered after 10pm on Sat. and not 10am on Monday, so at least the meats were still cold.

Very good steak, probably the best I have ever eaten. I made myself ne in an air fryer and the flavor was awesome. This is my 2nd order from True Nature meats and I will probably purchase more.

Excellent quality steak. Cooked to perfection in a fry pan to med rare. Tasted like I just grilled out without the fuss. Tender and flavorful. No complaints here just compliments. As good as the rib eye I buy fresh from the butcher for $30/lb! I'm sold!
