The Ideal and The One Of A Kind
The USDA Prime NY steak was the ideal dinner for two. Excellent marbling. The cut was the ideal size to get the sizzle from high heat. Great steak, recommended it to my brother, he will be ordering this week. The Sakura American Wagyu Signature Strip Steak was one of a kind. Robust marbling, rich flavor, great size, high heat sizzle, fast cooking time, medium rare as it should be eaten. This is not an everyday steak, but a twice a month indulgement in my opinion. I will continue to be a repeat customer.

Lovely cut, great marbling, perfect size. Prepared this with a reverse sear and only 1.5 mins in a very hot pan on each side.
