Folding Proofer & Slow Cooker

Just right for my more often than weekly bread making, barely too small to do a large loaf or multiple loaves easily but could get different sized pans easily. Not yet tried for yogurt or kombucha or slow cooker, at least 4stars maybe 5stars after I see how long it lasts.

Good tool to avoid over proofing

Since I got the proofing box my success rate on avoiding over proofing has increased. I am working toward the day I am consistent with my proofing success. It will be due to the reliability of the proofing box.

Great for sourdough

Works great, and allows me to better schedule proofing bread (no more guess work of how long it'll take).
