The only regret I have is that it took Covid19 to drag me away from my pitiful, local grocery options. Hopefully, this God awful situation will shed more light on how pitiful we've been living!

pork chops
these porterhouses pork chops are fantastic. received them nice and frozen. nice thick chops. I never thaw with running water, I only thaw in the fridge. Takes around 36 hours. juicy, tender so much flavor. I will purchase again.

These chops look fabulous: very thick and lean. These are also the problem with them. As someone who loves to cook and tracks down new recipes I found these quite difficult. They cook up dry, dry, dry (no marbling) no matter the preparation. I suggest brining or marinating before cooking or, perhaps, a coating of a bit of crushed garlic in mayo spread on top. They need SOMETHING.
