Sakura Pork Short Rib Superb

I found these short ribs wonderful, full flavor, not fatty, very tender. I made them with with a seasoning based on a Jamaican rub, with lots of vegetables, I have also cooked them in a frying pan low and slow with salt and pepper. They are wonderful. Well Recommended..... and I have worked in a butcher shop

Delicious & tender Pork Short Rib

My family really enjoyed this pork short rib, the meats were so tender and delicious, most important it did not have disgustful bloody smell like the one I bought from stores. The New York Strip was as good as Pork short rib.
