The chicken is packaged beautifully and chickens are clean, and organic. They are smaller in size. I roasted one with garlic,red pepper, lemon, salt and pepper and olive oil Smelled wonderful but the chicken still had no flavor. I decided that this chicken would be further enhanced in an Alfredo. The meat is tender but the lack of flavor is a problem. Also the size is small so great for two people but price per pound is high. I noticed the packaging said it was between 3-4 pounds so not true weight.
