Alaskan Halibut Fillet

This order was for my Thanksgiving dinner, but it was delayed due to a mechanical problem on the plane. I called the store and let them know and was told that they were aware of the situation and that they had asked that all the food on that flight be returned back to them. She informed me she would ship out a brand new shipment come Monday morning. It was the best she could do. I told her I understood it was not the store‘s fault. I used to work for Fedex, and when a plane has a mechanical issue, you don’t want it taking off. It could end up with two dead pilots a lot of lost freight and who knows who could be killed on the ground. It was easy to make something else for dinner for Thanksgiving. The fish and clams I received on the following Tuesday we’re perfect. I will be ordering again from this market.
