Fresh Lobster Meat

The best lobster meat available unless you "pick" your own. People here in the retirement home think food truck lobster rolls are the best and I tell them, "you haven't had real lobster like they send from Maine Lobster now!!! I have started a mercy feed of lobster rolls for the truck eaters and they agree with me. You have the best products. I love everything you sell, including the thick haddock filets.

Ordered 1lb of lobster claw as and knuckles for Connecticut lobster rolls. Arrived on time, packed and perfectly hilled. One lb was enough for 5 generous rolls. Sooooo much better than using tails, which are much chewier

The meat was really delicious. We ate some of it with warm, clarified butter and the rest was used in a mixed green salad with a light dressing. We ordered scallops too and one meal included seared scallops and some lobster meat in a salad. Really great.
