The halibut steaks were much thicker than expected. What I thought was 2 steaks packed together was actually one. Not disappointed at all. It was delicious!

The Halibut steaks and filets are amazing! Tender flaky and juicy. We grilled the filets and smoked the steaks. I will be getting more!
