NY Strip Steak

Wonderful on the grill.

My order arrived completely thawed. I buy all types of meat from various vendors and they use dry ice and the package arrives still frozen. This package had no dry ice. I’m concerned-can I re-freeze beef when previously frozen and now thawed?

Great flavor and tenderness. The whole family loved the New York strip steaks we put on the grill. I will definitely be ordering again. I especially liked the thickness of the steaks. I feel like I got my moneys worth
