The most delicious rye
Danko rye is the only rye I want in my starter and bread. It has the best flavor, earthy but somehow sweet. Definitely, has that European rye vibe in it. Please keep selling it, because I can’t go back to regular rye now!

Best for sourdough starter
I’ve been using Danko Rye for my sourdough starter for about 2 years now and I love it. It produces a strong flavor and aroma. Combined with Yeccoro Rojo 00 your bread tastes great like it should!

Very delicious rye
Makes a very nice hardy sweet loaf of bread when use with a ratio 1/3 Danko Rye, 2/3 white unbleached bread flour.
