Classic Grain Mill

Classic Mill grinds hard wheat nicely with no harmful heating. Dent corn processing is real slow even on the most course setting with some heating. Cleaning the removable filter and the milled flour holding container is a little messy. An outside job for me. Didnt go with the spout type mill thinking about dust, but would likely go that way now that I have experienced the clean up requirement.

I am very impressed and satisfied how well this machines turns raw wheat into a fine powder. I tried using a hand grinder before and that was a lot of work. It can process 7 cups of raw wheat in just a few minutes. Very happy with my machine. Well worth the money.

My First Flour Mill

As a beginner, I was a little intimidated, but this mill made the process simple. I’m excited to keep experimenting with different grains and recipes. If you’re thinking about getting into home milling, I’d definitely recommend giving this mill a try!
