Classic Grain Mill

I was unsure if the classic meal would give a flour as fine as store bought. I had a cheaper mill that gave a very grity flour. I was afraid to spend the money. But classic mill give a perfect mill flour everytime without fail. It was worth every penny. If you a fantastic mill that produce flour like store bought this is the mill.

I'm a beginner on this freshly milled grains journey and having this classic grain mill has not only made this first step easy but also exciting. I get so happy every time I open the bottom canister and feel my flour.

I am new to this milling business. LOL. So far so good. On my second bread baking. If I only knew how easy it was to mill your own flour, I would have started years ago! Can't wait to bake more recipes that call for flour!
