I am seeing more and more spurtle users on the Gram. Used for mixing, now I am going to try it. Love that it is made from teak . . .should last a very long time.

Purchased both the regular and wide sprudle, both are great. Quality wood, well finished and thick enough to stir even thick dough without bending. Quality product and quick ordering and shipping.
