Einkorn Flour (certified organic)

Great Flour!

I’m experimenting with the Einkorn flour, using it in old west/pioneer recipes and I’m really enjoying the results…they are coming out great!

Beautiful Flour

This is beautiful flour. I've used it to make our favotire biscotti, banana bread and brownies with few adjustments needed. The flavor is softly nutty and the texture is perfect. Will be including it in the next sourdough loaf blend. Couldn't be happier.

Einkorn

Made excellent croissants. My wife is gluten sensitive but was able to enjoy them with no problems. Excellent product
