Great Rouge De Bordeaux

I've been milling and using the regenerative Rouge de Bordeaux berries for my sourdough bread, and it seems to be working really well. I use about half and half with high gluten flour but will be trying to substitute more RDB in the future. I have also used the RDB to feed my starter and it worked fine. I will be ordering more in the future. I just ordered the white whole wheat flour and look forward to mixing the two flours and baking with them.

Rouge de Bordeaux - EXCELLENT

I made Brioche with the BORDEAUX AND HARD WHITE AND IT WAS FANTASTIC, the best tasting bread that I have made so far. I probably won’t need to make any other kind!!!!!! Tasted just like the bread that Saltgrass Steakhouse serves. I am so thrilled!!! Guess I need to order a truckload lol ok. Thank yall

Rouge de Bordeaux berries are great!

The Rouge de Bordeaux berries are probably my favorite out of all that I have tried. The flavor is fantastic and I use it in all my bread. Living Sky Grains are excellent in quality and customer service, so glad I found them!
