Organic Peru - Roasted Coffee

Best Peruvian outside of visiting Peru.

This is the best Peruvian coffee I've had. I've tried every brand and every combination of "single origin" or "Peruvian blend" and this is the best. I primarily use my beans for espresso and while I can make a decent cup with store bought coffee, this brand of Peruvian pulls a smooth and aromatic shot. When you get the bag you can truly smell the freshness as though it was roasted yesterday and the beans are dry and fragrant as opposed to store bought oily and stale beans. I prefer regular caffeine, but I imagine the decaf would be equally as good.

One of the best flavored medium roasts out there. I use the Aeeopress with 18g of coffee, med fine grind. Excellent! Great chocolate notes.

Amazing Coffee

Coffee is absolutely amazing, it's bright and balanced. Mostly drip coffee from the Ninja Luxe Cafe. One issue I've had on two bags, is the pull down will break when opening for the first time, then it forces me to open with a knife for scissors and the bag rips.
