I replaced my 10 year old Gaggia Classic with this new one and could not be any happier. It works like a charm and makes the best espresso after a short dialing period. Also, thank you to the team at Whole Latte Love for their very helpful videos.

This is our second Gaggia Classic Pro. We purchased the first one from Amazon and decided to go with Whole Latte Love this time for service and support. We love the machine! It's a quality-of-life improvement. :) WLL's videos helped us with initial setup and best practices.
