Organic Congo Kalehe - Roasted Coffee

Surprising!

I like African coffee for its bright and citrusy flavor profile, but Congo is so unique. It’s like a really mellow. More melon than citrus and not as acidic. I drink this as my morning coffee when I get bored with the usual morning blends.

It took until my 2nd pot to really catch on to the nuance of this grind. Will certainly keep this in our rotation!

Great coffee. I typically like Tanzanian Peaberry as on of my go-to favorites but this this coffee is a nice change of pace
