This Tanzanian Peaberry is my cold brew go-to

A random search for which beans are best for Kyoto drip cold brew led me to Tanzanian Peaberry. Good as Gold had the best price on a 5lb bag so I blindly ordered two, after reading and loving the origin story about their family of roasters. Absolutely lucked out on this perfectly roasted bean. The flavor is perfect and it’s become my cold brew work horse at Rama Bread in Truth or Consequences, NM <3
