Fresh roasted carries some of the best coffee beans i have purchased. I am a bona fide coffee snob and am very picky about my blends and beans. I like a med dark to dark coffee. I get the Sumatra and one if the decaf dark roasts; i grind the beans together to get the perfect taste for me. It's smooth, non acidic, perfect!
