Costa Rican Tarrazu - Roasted Coffee

My usual organic Sidamo is out of stock so I tried Tarrazu as alternative. It is a significant downgrade. I mainly make cappuccino and the Tarrazu is obviously more bitter. Even after adjusting grind size, extraction ratio, it is just not my type of coffee.

I love the Costa Rica Tarrazu coffee. It so flavorful hot or cold. I also love that fact when you roast the beans at medium roast, brings out all the flavor in the beans.
