Another great Mold Free Bean! Definitely a medium, mild coffee. I brewed it in a French Press and also in a stovetop espresso maker. The flavor is delicate and mild, ideal for weekday enjoyment. For slow sipping and savoring, I prefer a darker roast. But this one is ideal for the daily cup or latte!

Every time I try a new sample from Fresh Roasted, it’s my favorite! This Montezuma is so smooth and delicious. I will definitely buy it again. I still have two more samples to try. Montezuma sunrise flavor too strong. Reminds me of a columbian bean
